Natalie and Michael discuss the November 2018 design sprint conducted in Colorado. The sprint participants included domestic relations court users as well as representatives from the Colorado Courts and members of the legal community. We also discuss the Family Justice Initiative and the principles that have been endorsed by the Conference of Chief Justices and Conference of State Court Administrators in 2019. The principles are designed to provide the next generation of courts with validated and data informed strategies for improving the processing of family law cases.
